Its been a month or so since Wateen launched prepaid packages and offered more bandwidth connections at a cheaper rate. However they have done nothing so far to facilitiate the prepaid users who have been paying for their crap service for a few months now and when we call the helplines we are told "Policy is not yet defined ......".
I wish there was a method to kill over phone!
