Just imagine this , i have asked for the cancellation of my service in march 2008 its now the middle of freaken june and its not beendone yet , the worst part of it is that they keep on presenting the cheques which i gave them , thank GOD i stoped the payments in time .
when ever i ask the pindi franchise about them , they say we can not do anything as the ho is not sending it ....WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ...
There service managers and area managers or what ever they are called are a bunch of faggots who know nothing .... I even paid extra for the installation of jupiter and after 2 weeks of wait they say my house is out of coverage ....
what the hell .............the guys at the Pindi franchise are a little better then the Islamabad counterparts ....but still the problem is everywhere these guys know jack shit about the service ...
the cpe keeps on restaring after a while i have asked them to help me out here ,.....there is a big ???????????? on there faces as to why this is happening to customers .
I have names and tele no of there managers whom i personally contacted , now what i want to do is to send a letter to the localnewspapers as to the MOCKERY they are making of us .
Just to QUOTE one of there managers telling me this " Sales People lie for a living if he lied to you so what . Deal with it dont make an EGO issue out of this ".
lolll this is what there managers say to us .......even when they are wrong , i have asked them for a refund of my money which they have taken from me , its been 20 days now and the cpe is with me with no information from them as what they are doing .
i have called and lodged various complants , all i get is complaint no and thats it ., people call and call and thats about it ....
Whom should we talk to here ......
Who is there CEO , i doubt he knows whats happening at this level .............shameless __________
